DiResta BBQ Fire Ring

In this workshop project, watch as Jimmy makes a 46" steel bbq grill Ring for his fire pot!!! He used a 3/8" plate steel 2’x4’ and the challenge was fitting all of the ring's parts into the stock. The fire pot is over 125 years old and it came with his house, and no one can tell him where it came from or why it was at the farm. It weighs hundreds of pounds and it is thick cast steel. Jimmy loves to hang around the fire in this pot every summer weekend, and now with the new grill ring will be able to hang around talk and eat!!!
